Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is required. We email you a reminder before the trial ends so you can choose to subscribe or downgrade to the free tier.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from the admin dashboard. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do you charge transaction fees on sales?
No. Every paid plan includes 0% transaction fees on course sales, memberships and coaching. You only pay your payment processor's standard rate (Stripe, etc.).
Is the free tier really free?
Yes — one course, one community, unlimited learners, and all core commerce tools. You keep it as long as you want. Upgrade when you're ready for memberships, coaching, or more depth.
What counts as a "community"?
A community is a branded hub with threaded discussions, direct messages, live events, and optional space organisation. Each plan includes a set number of communities that can live side-by-side with your courses.
Do you offer discounts for education or non-profits?
Yes. Accredited schools, universities, and registered non-profits get 30% off the Pro plan. Contact sales with your accreditation and we'll set you up.
Can I bring my own domain?
Every paid plan supports one custom domain on your site and branded email. Plus unlocks white-labelled email and multiple domains for multi-brand rollouts.
What happens to my learners if I cancel?
Your learners keep their accounts and can download their certificates. You can export your course content, learner records, and orders at any time as CSV or JSON.
