opalLMS started inside a heavy-equipment training business. Our sibling company was training thousands of operators each year on a duct-tape stack: a course tool, a community tool, a scheduling tool, a certificate generator, and a Stripe checkout that didn’t talk to any of them.
Every month, operators slipped through the cracks. Certificates expired without renewal reminders. Revenue leaked through payment failures nobody caught. Partners asked for branded portals we couldn’t deliver.
So we built the platform we needed — multi-tenant at the core, commerce-first, compliance-aware, and ruthlessly branded. Today the same platform powers creators, coaches, academies and companies around the world. Same code, same care.
